Who you callin' fat?
My weight is nudging the upper edge of what I consider acceptable (85 kg). This gives me a BMI of about 26.4. I'd like to get my weight down to at least 82; 79 or so would be even nicer.
This morning, I was still full from yesterday evening so I didn't eat anything. This weekend is fast weekend so I took the opportunity not to eat anything for a while. See whether that'll help start things.

The life insurance tables say my healthy weight (1.85 m) would be 85, but I'm pretty darn skinny at that weight. Anything in two digits would be a nice change.
Unfortunately, I'm still a chocolate addict. This is a problem. %-)

*nods*
I was pretty depressed yesterday evening when I considered the fact that our sweets drawer had just filled up with on-sale Christmas goodies that I won't be able to enjoy properly now.

Not even the BMI? I thought that was used in the States as well (and is dimensionless).
Do you want the numbers in imperial measurement? I can convert them for you, if you're curious.

Yes please. I was too lazy to convert them and I knew that I'd be very off and get lazy with my math.

I'm 5'10½", and my weight was around 187 lb, and I'd like to get it down to around 180 or better 175 lb. The Bride said it shouldn't be a problem to get down to 80 kg = 176 lb.
Rob said he's 185 cm = 6'1" and weighs about 240 lbs and would like to be closer to 220.

I'm 5'4", but I never look at my weight unless I'm starting dancing or something. Because it's fun to see the numbers drop, and then slowly climb as the muscles start to grow. When other things are coming together to slowly for me to notice, the muscle wieght definatly shows, and so I look to that :)

*calculates* 162.5 cm. Ah. About the size of my oldest sister, then; I think she's 162 cm.
