If you're doing lots of support stuff, you should ask for a review - you might even end up with support privs:)

I imagine Emma (girl_from_mars) is doing a lot of the approving - she generally goes on a support spree around mid-afternoon!

Good stuff:) You have the added ability of being able to answer requests in German (and maybe some of the myriad of other languages you speak) too, so that makes you even more useful!
