The Chinese Wikipedia article on the European "E" road network is funny, since it seems to be mostly in Japanese (and even includes one clause in English near the end).

I wonder whether someone imported it from ja and only translated the odd phrase here or there.

The intro is an odd mixture of the two, the rest of the article is plain Japanese with the exception of the map captions.
