How a support request looks like for a privileged support volunteer

This is interesting—it shows how a support request looks like for a privileged user (who has a bunch more checkboxes and drop-down lists than a screenie).

so until I move to being a paid user, mail will languish unopened, yes? though that is probably its only common characteristic with the Greek urn.

No, it will get returned to the sender with a "unknown user" error message.

In the future, please keep your support requests on the support board, though :) Even when you have received an answer, you can comment on it if something is unclear and support volunteers will get back to you.
