Ooh, this is new: when signing up for a new account, they have the Terms of Service in a scrolling area (a div, I suppose) at the bottom so you can read them in-line rather than following a hyperlink.

I think the check-box "I have read and agree to the ToS" is also new.

Yep, that checkbox is new. I found it yesterday as a new text-thing to translate into Esperanto. :)
They seem to add several texts and minor features every other day.
