Ooh, this is new: when signing up for a new account, they have the Terms of Service in a scrolling area (a div, I suppose) at the bottom so you can read them in-line rather than following a hyperlink.

I think the check-box "I have read and agree to the ToS" is also new.

I read something about that in changelog the other day. Looked like they were going to iframe it.
