RFC1086 simulator YAPC talk

pneSpent a little while this evening redoing some of the slides for my YAPC talk.
Split up some of the larger or more complex ones... I see I now have 23 slides for a 20-minute talk o.O
I'll probably skip over the first few ones (with the background and history and the description of RFC 1086) fairly quickly since there's not a lot of Perl in there.
