Date: Monday, 5 January 2004 02:30 (UTC)I think a bunch of people tend to guess someone's priv level from their activity level (as in, I've seen that person around a bunch and they've been doing support a while; they're probably I2s), but the two don't correlate that well.
Or someone may be good in some areas but have some "rough edges" in others; those who see mostly the good bits might overestimate someone's priv level.
In the end, though, I'm not sure why.
