The good news: I just got a US$10 Amazon.com gift certificate from Survey.com for a survey in which I participated for O'Reilly. Yay!

The bad news: it's not redeemable at Amazon.de, so if I do redeem it at Amazon.com, I imagine most of it would go towards shipping. *looks* Yup, books are $4.49 plus $4.49 per item to ship to Europe. Boo.

Unless someone wants to buy it off me, say by PayPal or for LiveJournal credit? On the other hand, paying for it wouldn't make it much of a gift certificate…

I think I'll have to think about this some more.
