I recently saw a link to a page on Roman Czyborra's czyborra.com and wondered why Mich Kaplan had placed that link—since czyborra.com had been AWOL, in my experience, for quite some time.

However, I followed the link anyway, out of curiosity, and lo and behold: content! Somehow, the site has been resurrected.

That's something I'm very glad for, since the information on character sets, ISO 8859 standards, code pages, and the like, is a gold mine of information concentrated in one place.

And there was much rejoicing.
