Possibly. I was going by what I heard, and I'm not that adept at recognising unfamiliar phonemes.

I doubt the [31] on the second syllable; it sounded pretty rising to me, or at least higher than the end-point of the first syllable. (But phonetical realisation of tones seems to be fairly non-uniform in Vietnamese, from the little I've read up on it.)

And the second syllable sounded as if it had an off-glide to me.

Vietnamese tones confuse me anyway... I've never been able to find a convincing source on them. According to what I have read, the tone with the dot below is a glottalized dropping one, which means that it has something like a little pause inside, or a glottal stop at the end.

Don't know many Viets, so no one ever taught me how they do sound. :S
