Date: Saturday, 9 July 2005 18:49 (UTC)I doubt the [31] on the second syllable; it sounded pretty rising to me, or at least higher than the end-point of the first syllable. (But phonetical realisation of tones seems to be fairly non-uniform in Vietnamese, from the little I've read up on it.)
And the second syllable sounded as if it had an off-glide to me.
