Side-effect of "entry titles are links"

I just noticed a side-effect of the relatively-recent "entry titles are links" change:

It used to be possible to put "lj user" tags in entry titles, and they'd appear with their little icon.

But now, I just saw "Posted using sms_to_lj" where it used to say something like "Posted using [livejournal.com profile] sms_to_lj".
