pneThe MindSay support board is interesting; it's as if everyone has supporthelp. (Or maybe I'm special? I doubt it.)
The options you have are Answer, IC/Action, and Comment—it's not possible to make a screened answer, and any Answer you write (that's the default choice) is immediately approved.
Is this what it was like at LiveJournal and DeadJournal a while ago, where every answer, no matter how bad or good, goes straight out to the user? I'd heard about this but never experienced it before.
On the other hand, there don't seem to be any supportclose people, either; at any rate, /admin/priv/ doesn't work on that site. This means that you only get points if the users close requests themselves, I suppose. (Or maybe the owner of the site goes through every once in a while… but the board has some yellow requests going back four weeks.)
