Stella hat mir gerade von einem Rezept für Toastbrot erzählt. Dabei, sagt sie, muss der Teig an einer Phase "30 Minuten stehen und gehen".

Stella was telling me about a recipe for toast she had found, and mentioned that at one point, the dough has to stand and gehen for thirty minutes.

The joke is in the double meaning in German: gehen could be "to go" or (in the case of dough) "to rise", so while the recipe talked about letting the dough stand for a while to rise, the words could be interpreted as seeing the dough "stand and go" at the same time.
