pneWhen I was about to go home, I forgot that I had brought along my long johns and so hadn't budgeted time for changing before leaving work... and I ended up having three minutes until the bus left when I left work when I normally think that twice that is a decent time.
So I jogged all the way to the bus stop and arrived just in time -- literally seconds before the bus pulled into the stop. Fortunately, it had to wait at a red light while I was covering the last dozen metres.
After I got in, I just sat there for the first quarter of an hour, trying to catch my breath again. But I'm glad I caught the bus since the next one wouldn't have been for another half-hour at that time of the evening!
