I used to think that Calvin was rather ridiculous for always wanting to be read to out of Hamster Hughie and the Gooey Kablooie… but Amy has a similar book: Miffy.

It's her #1 favourite book, and I think that there's quite a gap between that and whatever #2 might be. She occasionally brings us other books to read to her out of, but Miffy is more frequent than any other single book, and she gets a lot more unhappy if you take that book out of her hands than any other. (It's not as robust as some others she has and I don't want her holding it unsupervised just yet.)

Oracle Bone Writing Corporation

I'm amused that Oracle Corporation's Chinese name appears to be based on the word 甲骨文 (jia3gu3wen2/oracle script: as I understand it, the kind of ancient Chinese writing found on "oracle bones").
