It's one of takichan's userpics and has the keyword "More and More". Only 8 frames!

I think it's really nifty.

and I'm really impressed with the person who made it.

(I presume they took video footage of just one girl coming down the slide and composited it? Still, pretty good work, especially getting it as seamless as it is.)
