Edit: please see also my status poll (or see this entry).

Edit 2: Answers are here.

This was inspired by a poll in [livejournal.com profile] jerzeegrrl's journal.

I wonder what kind of picture you have of me -- how old or tall do you imagine me to be, and so on. (I suppose you could cheat since my birthday is in my userinfo, but I'd prefer to see what you think is my age, based on your perception of me.)

(I don't think anyone I know in RL will see this, so it'll be interesting what your perception is. Also, none of my userpics looks anything like me.)

To get a rough estimate for centimetre-to-inch, take centimetres and multiply by four then divide by ten; to go from kg-to-lb, multiply by 2.2 (or multiply by 2 then add 10%). 162 cm = 64" (5'4") and 200 cm = 79" (6'7"); 62 kg = 137 lb and 100 kg = 220 lb.

Incidentally, I'm not too solid on the in/cm and lb/kg conversion

If you have access to a Unix system, it might have 'units' installed; in that case, try something like "units '40 in' 'cm'" to convert 40 inches to cm. Or start 'units' and then at the prompt type "40 in" and at the next one "cm"; this way, you can convert multiply quantities in one session. (Or use the rule-of-thumb conversions I posted in the edited version of the introduction -- remember you can change your poll entry by voting again.)

Are you going to post answers sometime?

Yes, I was planning to. In a couple of days, probably, when activity dies down.

Thanks for trying! Interesting to see what other people think.
