Sure! See http://www.livejournal.com/users/pne/131920.html, where I provide a ZIP file and a tar ball for the black-on-transparent version I use, as well as the same for a white-on-transparent version if you prefer.
Pretty much all I ask is that you host the images on your own server somewhere.
Setting it up should be easy since the ZIP file contains a file you can pretty much just paste into the admin console once you've replaced the URLs and mood theme ID.
If you want to be kept abreast of updates (which are pretty unlikely; the images have been unchanged for months now), send me email (my username at livejournal.com) and I'll try not to lose your address :)
