[poll] Separate baby journal?

I've been considering creating a separate journal or a community (so I don't have to login differently) for baby things, since that's a topic that may receive more airtime in about four weeks' time :)

I don't know how much I'll write, since I don't always write about my life every day anyway, and I may have little time once she's there… on the other hand I may feel that she's the cutest thing since sliced bread and want to make sure that everyone else knows that, too.

So, in this spirit, a poll, since I like polls:

I think it's stupid when people make filters or separate journals to save other people the trouble of having to read certain kinds of posts. It's your journal and you should do what's most convenient for you.

I do like the names you came up with for the journal, especially pneling. =)

Personally, I like to keep as few friends as possible on my list, so I would be against having a separate journal. I would friend it if you did create one, but I'd prefer that you didn't. I like filters within a single journal better; some of my friends have as many as three journals for different purposes, and that can get confusing. (Also, I like to have a variety of topics in my friends' journals; if all the baby stuff ended up in a different journal I don't think it'd be as interesting.)
