Whee! Looks as if my account got upgraded to dversion 7; I have comment fields for my user picture icons now.

Haven't tried them, though, and I wonder whether I'll have similar problems to chiisaihito if I do.

I have a feeling it could be a bit of a non-problem; I've been moved to dversion 7 too, and I foolishly went through my icons moving the 'created by so-and-so' from the keywords to the comment field. And only afterwards realized that this was going to cause all the icons on my old posts to revert to default. It's possible that what went on with chiisaihito is the same kind of thing.

Ah! I think I see the "problem" now.

This is one reason why the "created by so-and-so" which I have on a couple of items is a separate keyword from the one I use to select the icon.
