Hamburg Perl mongers

rho and saw that there's a group of Perl mongers in Hamburg!
That's the first I heard of that.
They do seem to be rather new, though, which would explain that -- their website lists two members and says that the first meeting is on "12.02.2002" (I wonder whether that means 2003, since they say "second Wednesday of the month", and 12.02.2003 was a Wednesday), so I just missed it.
