A number of people on my friends list pride themselves on their spelling and find it distinctly uncomfortable to see people consistently misspelling words. Some of those may be interested in this "mock the stupid" entry and its comments, which highlights some misspelled interests users list, such as litriture, sceince, writting, and grammer.

Also, this journal appears to be dedicated to pointing out misspelled interests, so if you like seeing a new example every couple of days, you could watch that account.

And no, I wasn't thinking about you at all :) I was just prompted by the mock_the_stupid entry in connection with assorted, occasional comments by people who say they value correct spelling.
