Finally I know the name of that little bunny with the slogans such as "cute but psycho" or "you suck and that's sad" thanks to a blog entry on Language Log, of all places: It's Happy Bunny by Jim Benton; Blackjackinc.com sells merchandise such as buttons.

I have a little collection of Happy Bunny figurines that I got from the gumball machine at the grocery store.

There's something hilariously twisted about a cheerful little blue bunny saying "You're so dumb".
