I find the list of disclaimers users are asked to select on this download page to be rather amusing.

On the other hand, how am I supposed to truthfully check the box labelled "I will not download or otherwise export or re-export the Programs, directly or indirectly, to persons on the above mentioned lists." if I do not know the contents of those lists? For all I know, my co-worker might be a Specially Designated Narcotic Trafficker and is just hiding extremely well.

When I checked in at the Airport the assistant told me, after I had given him my name, that I was flagged on the database. Before I even could utter as much as a "WTF", though, he said something like, oh, it cleared now. Oh well. You may check in over there.
