We've all got to make a stand at some point
Sunday, 18 September 2005 18:25I just saw Amy stand unassisted and unsupported for about ten seconds.
Tomorrow, the world!
(And again, I'm surprised how closely her development seems to match Erika's, despite the age difference.)

Date: Sunday, 18 September 2005 19:23 (UTC)She was -- nearly a week. She was supposed to be born on 9/11 (American style) and came on the 6th of September.
Got any new photos? :-)
Yes and no... *looks shameful* I've got a bunch of pictures on the camera (some from my sisters' weddings this spring!) which I have to transfer to the PC and then upload.
I've been meaning to do it forever. When I get a round tuit. *drags feet*

Date: Monday, 19 September 2005 05:25 (UTC)It's interesting to read, that she starts standing unsupported just now. It supports the theory I read that an illness often precedes or leads to a step forward in a child's development.
"Overcoming weaknesses makes us stronger."
All the best for Amy and her parents.
