I used to think it was silly that Amiga users could get their computers infected by a boot-sector virus merely by placing a diskette into the drive while the computer was running—without even booting from the diskette as you'd have had to do to infect a computer running MS-DOS, for example.
Now we have CD-ROM drives with autoplay. I suppose that's what they call Progress.
