Date: Thursday, 16 November 2006 20:47 (UTC)Apparently it was a huge success and I think it might have been Hong Kong? Or China?? Tried the same thing.. it was an utter failure. People there just don't *hug* and to hug a complete stranger? Apparently there were arrests involved :S
I can't help thinking that you're not getting enough attention if you're getting warm fuzzies from OTHER people's hugs! You need your own!
How's a virtual one?
*hugs*

Date: Friday, 17 November 2006 08:37 (UTC)I was tired :) And I guess that made me more sentimental than usual, a bit like some people are said to do when drunk ("You're my BESHT friend!"). But I did look forward to being home and being able to hug Stella.
Still, it was a really nice hug that I saw. And being around happy people tends to make me happy.
And seeing pregnant women. That tends to make me happy, too -- probably because I imagine she must be happy about her baby as well.
Thank you for your hug!
