Blogathon is coming up again this year and the lovely missysedai will be staying up for 24 hours to raise money for the National Kidney Foundation, who provide funds for research, patient education and outreach and support services for patients with chronic kidney disease -- one in nine Americans, though only half of them know about it --, transplant recipients, living donors and their families.
