Date: Tuesday, 7 August 2007 18:08 (UTC)Have you ever read Calvin & Hobbes? (Comics)
I just had this imagine of you being like his dad telling your kids wrong answers to everything in life. (One of my favourites was when Calvin asked why old photos are in B&W and his dad said the whole world was in B&W up until the 60s or so! :))

I remember that one! I like it, too.
Also the one about wind being trees sneezing, though the photograph thing is even better.

Date: Tuesday, 7 August 2007 20:45 (UTC)Ohh, I don't remember that one. Agh, all my books are back in Australia. Now I just want to read them all again! :)
I had a friend at school who had 5 older brothers. They taught her all the wrong words to nursey rhymes and the wrong endings to fairy tales!
hehe! (poor thing though!)

Calvin: "Where does wind come from?"
Dad: "Trees sneezing."
2)
Calvin: "Really?"
Dad: "No, but the truth is much more complicated."
3)
(Calvin and Hobbes are walking along. It's clearly windy.)
Calvin: "Wow, the trees are really sneezing today."
