Dogs have two legs in the back and forelegs at the front, making six in total.

Cows, on the other hand, have two legs at the front, two in the back, two on the left, two on the right, and one at each corner, for a total of twelve.

hehe

Have you ever read Calvin & Hobbes? (Comics)

I just had this imagine of you being like his dad telling your kids wrong answers to everything in life. (One of my favourites was when Calvin asked why old photos are in B&W and his dad said the whole world was in B&W up until the 60s or so! :))

I have, and with considerable enjoyment!

Hee!

I remember that one! I like it, too.

Also the one about wind being trees sneezing, though the photograph thing is even better.

Ohh, I don't remember that one. Agh, all my books are back in Australia. Now I just want to read them all again! :)

I had a friend at school who had 5 older brothers. They taught her all the wrong words to nursey rhymes and the wrong endings to fairy tales!

hehe! (poor thing though!)

It went something like this:

1)
Calvin: "Where does wind come from?"
Dad: "Trees sneezing."

2)
Calvin: "Really?"
Dad: "No, but the truth is much more complicated."

3)
(Calvin and Hobbes are walking along. It's clearly windy.)
Calvin: "Wow, the trees are really sneezing today."
