I'm not sure whether this is something she'll grow out of (since her spoken German isn't perfectly pronounced, either, starting with but certainly not limited to [t] for /k/ many times, or [h] for /R/) or whether it'll stay with her.
On the one hand, I'd be a little sad; on the other hand, I have a bit of an accent, too; and on the third hand, being able to speak English fluently, though with an accent, is still better than not being able to speak English at all.
