No more text on taskbar icons (by default) in Windows 7

I think what I'd miss most is the notifications I get from webmail windows, where you could see by a glance at the taskbar whether there are 0 unread messages or >0.

Now I'd either have to switch to the browser every once in a while to check (whether there are new messages or not), or install an extra program that will generate notifications in some other way than by changing the window title.
