UN General Secretary demands an end to violence in Iran

While skimming my friends page, I saw a headline from a news source saying that the "UN General Secretary demands an end to violence in Iran".

Well, that's good to know. Perhaps he should also demand other things, such as equal rights for everyone or fair elections or enough to eat for all or something. For all the good that "demanding" something does.
