The case of the mysterious nosebleed

This morning, when I went into the bathroom I saw that I had some dried blood next to my nose, and coming back into the bedroom I saw that there was a little discoloured oval on my pillow.

I wonder what that was all about.

Perhaps you should check your blood pressure - high blood pressure can cause nosebleeds.
