Date: Friday, 16 May 2003 05:57 (UTC)Hence I assumed you would, if you were going to be that precise, take the average length of a year not as 365 days but as (365 * 18 + 4) / 18 = 365.22 days, so it'd be 95/365.22 which doesn't reduce to 19/73.
Just being more popely than the Pope :)
(As for my 1/2: I claim that 1/2 is correct to 1 significant figure.)
