While reading some Perl documentation, I just noticed how “perlunitut” (the Perl Unicode Tutorial) looks as if it could be the name of an Eskimo–Aleut language, incorporating the equative suffic “-tut”. Inuktitut, perlunitut?

Makes sense to me, anyway. Guess I’m a dork :)

I think I just had the same reaction before I saw that that was what your post was about - although it may be that before I read the words in sequence I saw the words perlunitut and Inuktitut near to each other and connected them.
