Date: Monday, 16 April 2007 08:15 (UTC)I had hoped to find the Vietnamese readings in the Unihan database, but apparently they only have them for selected characters (perhaps mostly for ones used in chu nom?).
I'd be interested in anything you can find out -- the more the merrier! (E.g. not just Korean and Vietnamese but perhaps also Cantonese, Hokkien, or Hakka.)
