Awhile back, I decided to try and teach myself to speak Klingon. I gave up after a couple of weeks, but somehow the bits that I did learn are still lodged in my brain somewhere. Probably next to the Japanese I attempted to learn in order to better understand anime. :D

What did you use to learn? Do you have the paperback Klingon Dictionary?

I used various sources from the net, but I'd love to get my hands on a copy of the Klingon dictionary. It would do wonders for my geek cred. :D

eBay! 's where I got mine from.

Besides, it's pretty much the definitive guide to Klingon grammar; it'll probably be hard to pick up everything from somewhere else.

Did you try the Klingon Postal Course (http://www.kli.org/study/postcourse.html) downloadable PDF lessons? (Though even that refers to the dictionary for background.) If you want to take the course, I'd offer to correct your lessons if you'd like.
