The last time we ate at McDonalds, I finished off with a plain hamburger -- just a patty and a bun.

Surprisingly to me, they knew exactly what I meant. (I guess I don't know what kind of customisations they're prepared to handle)

I had never had one before, but it was really good. Mmmmmmm.

Ah ok, I thought you meant a hamburger in contrast to other burgers they have.
